BAKED STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 egg
1/2 c. rice, cook before adding to meat
1 lb. ground chuck
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Sm. amount black pepper
Some parsley
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce (or other)
4 peppers

Cut peppers in half - lengthwise (cut off stems and clean out seeds). Combine chopped meat, onion, egg, salt and pepper, parsley, cooked rice, and 1/2 can of Hunt's tomato sauce. Pile lightly into peppers. Pour remaining 1 1/2 cans Hunt's tomato sauce over peppers. Place in oblong glass (or other) baking pan. Cover with tinfoil. Set oven at 350 degrees and bake 1 hour.
