8 oz. noodles 2 tbsp. butter 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut & juice 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef 3/4 c. mayonnaise (no Miracle Whip) 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. catsup 1/2 tsp. dill seed 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese Rye crackers Toss cooked noodles with butter and spread in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Spread sauerkraut and juice over noodles. Spread corned beef which has been chopped over noodles and sauerkraut. Combine remaining ingredients (except cheese and rye crackers) and spread over corned beef. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and add shredded cheese and enough crushed crackers to cover. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes. |
