BROCCOLI - CORN BAKE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1/4 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine thawed broccoli, corn, 1/4 cup cracker crumbs, eggs, 2 tablespoons melted butter, instant onions, salt and pepper.

Blend an additional 1/4 cup cracker crumbs with an additional 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
