CHEF'S SALAD 
1/2 c. 1/4 in. strips cooked meat (beef, smoked ham, or tongue)
1/2 c. 1/4 in. strips cooked chicken
1/2 c. 1/4 in. strips Swiss cheese
1 med. head of lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
1 sm. bunch Romaine, torn into bite size pieces
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 med. stalk celery, sliced (about 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. French dressing or garlic French
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Ripe olives

Reserve a few strips of meat, chicken and cheese. Toss remaining meat, chicken, cheese, lettuce, Romaine, onions and celery.

Mix mayonnaise and French dressing. Pour on lettuce mixture and toss. Top with reserved meat, chicken, and cheese and eggs, tomatoes and olives.
