CHEESE DUMPLINGS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. yellow onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 l g. can tomatoes
2 pkgs. canned biscuits
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Simmer meat until brown. Add chopped onion and pepper, saute until tender. Prepare dumpling by spreading biscuits apart, filling with cheese, folding and pressing edges together. In large pot bring meat, onion, pepper and tomatoes to a boil. Drop dumplings into boiling mixture, lower heat slightly. Cook until done, about 15 minutes. Makes enough for 6-8 servings.
