RUM BALLS 
3 c. crushed pecans
3 c. crushed vanilla wafers
6 tbsp. cocoa
4 1/2 tbsp. white Karo syrup
3/4 c. rum (Ron Rico 151)
Powdered sugar

Mix ingredients (except powdered sugar; form into balls. Roll in powdered sugar and store in airtight container. Makes about 60 walnut sized balls. (If preferred, a lesser proof rum may be substituted for the 151 proof - these are potent!)
