GRAHAM NUT MUFFINS 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 12 crackers)
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped dates
3 egg whites
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. oil

In large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, mix well. Stir in dates and pecans slightly beat egg whites in small bowl. Add milk and oil. Blend. Add dry ingredients, stir until just moistened. Bake at 375 degrees for 16-19 minutes in 12-inch lined or greased muffin cups or tins.
