SAUERKRAUT ON PARTY RYE 
12 oz. corn beef (can)
2 tbsp. brown mustard
1 c. sauerkraut
3 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 lb. diced Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. caraway seed
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 loaf of party rye

Mix everything but save 1/2 of the cheese mixture (use 1/4 pound), put in casserole dish and add remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve on party rye. This is great tasting especially if you like reuben sandwiches.
