BROCCOLI OR ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. of frozen chopped broccoli or asparagus cuts
4 slices of American cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
12 to 16 crackers, rolled
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook broccoli or asparagus according to directions on the package and drain. Place in 2 quart casserole dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice and pour over broccoli or asparagus. Place slices of cheese on top. Mix melted butter and the rolled crackers together and put on top of the cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
