BROCCOLI (OR ASPARAGUS)
CASSEROLE
 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli (or 2 cans drained asparagus)
2 cans cream of chicken/mushroom soup
1 1/2 pkgs. cheddar cheese
Milk
Ritz crackers

Mix together in bowl: 2 cans cream of chicken/mushroom soup and milk (enough milk to fill 1 empty soup can). Use high, narrow pan so you can have more layers of following ingredients: Ritz crackers (on bottom and along sides of pan), soup mixture, broccoli (or asparagus), shredded cheese. Continue alternating layers of above ingredients. End with crumbled crackers and cover with rest of soup mixture. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
