2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated orange juice
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. hot water

Mix this all together and let it congeal. Mix 1 large package instant pudding mix. Let it set for a few minutes. Then spread on top of firm congealed salad. Then on top of the pudding, spread Cool Whip or Ready Whip. Serve.
