COUNTRY BEEF PIE 
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/3 c. minute rice
1 c. water
1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix 1/2 can tomato sauce, crumbs, hamburger, green pepper, onions, salt and pepper; press into 8 x 12 inch pan for crust. Mix rice, water, remaining tomato sauce and cheese, fill crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
