CHEESE BREAD 
1 loaf French bread
3 heaping tbsp. butter, softened
1 1/2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 (8-10 oz.) block Monterey Jack cheese
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Paprika

Scoop out center of French bread. Combine butter and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread on inside of loaf. Grate cheese. Fill hollow of bread with cheese. LIBERALLY sprinkle garlic and onion powder over cheese. Top with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
