1/2 loaf French bread, sliced lengthwise
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 tsp. crushed garlic

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Surround outside of French bread with foil. Mix cheeses, mayonnaise, onion and garlic together and spread on top of French bread. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until golden brown and bubbly.
