3 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 egg
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together flour, soda, and salt. In large bowl, beat together 2 minutes the sugar, butter, egg, sour cream, and vanilla. Add flour mixture; stir until well mixed. Roll out 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured surface. Cut desired shapes. Bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes.
