5 to 6 c., about a 12 oz. bunch, packed spinach leaves, torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green onion
1 Red Delicious apple, cored & cut into chunks
Sesame Dressing

Toss spinach with celery and green onion. Add apple and Sesame Dressing to spinach mixture just before serving. Toss to coat ingredients with Sesame Dressing. Makes 4 servings.

SESAME DRESSING:

Combine: 3 tbsp. oil 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt

Add 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds and dash of bottled hot pepper sauce. Makes about 1/2 cup.
