1 pkg. Jello instant pudding, chocolate
1 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
Peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add pudding mix and buttermilk mix together. Then add oil and egg. Mix until it forms a ball. Take spoonful and shape into 1/2" balls. Place about 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press thumb into middle of each ball. Pat peanut chips or other candies in center. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes 3 dozen.
