1 pkg. white cake mix
3 tsp. flour
1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. water
1/2 pkg. frozen strawberries

Stir together cake mix and flour; make deep well in center of mix; add rest of ingredients. Beat well and pour into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

Mix together 1 stick butter, 4 cups powdered sugar, and 1/2 package frozen strawberries. Spread on cooled cake.
