SPICY CHICKEN (OR TURKEY)
SPAGHETTI
 
1 c. pre-cooked chicken or turkey pieces
1 stick butter
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies (chopped variety)
1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti

While cooking spaghetti according to directions, saute onion and green pepper in butter. Add Rotel to onion and green pepper. Add Velveeta cheese to mixture and blend until melted. Add meat and spaghetti and mix until well blended. Bake in a casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Up to 2 cups of meat can be used.
