BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mashed bananas (about 2)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Mix in dry ingredients, then add mashed bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Stir in nuts (of your choice). Bake in 4 small or 2 medium greased loaf pans at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes.

Makes 4 small or 2 medium loaves.
