PORCUPINES 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 sm. onion, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix in order given and form into small balls. Place in baking pan. Next, mix 1 can of tomato soup with 1 can of water and pour over your balls and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until done. This is also a very simple one dish meal or serve with mashed potatoes and red gravy (sauce from the porcupine balls).
