BEST EVERY BREAD PUDDING 
Leftover bread, rolls, coffee cake, etc.

1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 lg. apple, chopped
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
Chopped nuts, optional
Whole milk as needed jam
butter

Break bread, etc. into a 2 quart greased baking dish. Sprinkle raisins on top, add both sugars, then apples; mix all these ingredients together.

In a 4 cup measuring cup break 2 eggs. Add vanilla and beat, then add evaporated milk. Fill up to 3 1/2 cupfull with regular milk. Pour over bread mixture. Top with nuts and or dollops of jam. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
