MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
Dash of salt & pepper
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard

Blend above ingredients. Mix with 1 pound fresh mushrooms, whole or sliced. Marinate 1 hour or more. Serve as appetizers or on tossed green salads.
