AVOCADO DIP 
6 ripe avocados, peeled & quartered
1 med. Spanish onion, minced
1 lg. tomato
2 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender. Blend until smooth. Serve with chips. Note: Reserve 2 or 3 seeds from avocado. Place in dip to prevent mixture from darkening.
