AVOCADO TACO DIP 
On a pretty plate or platter, spread 1ST LAYER: Spread one 16 ounce can refried beans. 2ND LAYER: Mash 2 avocados with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons finely diced onion. 3RD LAYER: Mix one (16 ounce) container of sour cream with 1 package of taco sauce mix.

TOPPING: Shredded Cheddar cheese, sliced black pitted olives.

Serve with corn chips, nacho chips, Doritos, etc.
