BAKED LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. oregano
2 (16 oz.) Ragu
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 lb. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Rose' wine
2 eggs
2 c. cottage cheese

Brown meat, drain. Add garlic, oregano, salt and wine. Simmer 3-5 minutes. Add spaghetti sauce and tomato paste. Cook, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes.

Cook noodles 5-10 minutes; drain.

Combine eggs, cottage cheese, American cheese, parsley and pepper. Blend well.

Arrange noodles in a large baking dish. Spread with half of cheese mixture. Add half of Mozzarella slices; top with half of meat sauce. Repeat layers. Bake 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes after removing from oven and before slicing.
