BAKED LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (or 1 lg. jar Ragu) 2 1/2 c. tomatoes (1 c. stewed tomatoes) 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles 1 lb. cottage or Ricotta cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. Mozzarella or Swiss cheese Brown meat and add spices and sauces. Cook noodles until almost done and drain. Layer as follows: 1. 1 1/2 cups beef and tomato sauce. 2. Cover with noodles. 3. 1/2 of Ricotta or cottage cheese 4. 1/2 of Parmesan cheese 5. 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese Repeat layers once and top with beef and sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
