CHERRY CHEESE PIE 
1 Keebler Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, partially thawed
1 can cherry pie filling (or whatever topping you prefer)

In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip and mix well. Spoon into crust and chill at least 4 hours (overnight is better). Then cover it with cherries.
