CHEESY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. instant rice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Pepper to taste

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, and rice. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 10 minutes. Add pepper, then mix with fork.
