SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion
1 lb. sauerkraut
1/2 lb. egg noodle (not cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger and onion. Layer in casserole dish hamburger and sauerkraut. Top with raw egg noodles, the soups. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
