TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
SAUCE:

2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. honey

Mix well together.

CHICKEN:

1-1/2 lbs. chicken
Salt & pepper to taste

Place chicken skin-side up in pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush on sauce.

TO BAKE: Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and brush again with sauce. Bake 20 to 25 minutes more or until done.

TO BROIL: Broil for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn chicken, brush with sauce and broil 15 minutes longer, or until done.
