MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix in bowl and add next ingredients. 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. pecans

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a baking pan. Let cool.

Ice with: 2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter 1 tsp. vanilla
