CORN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can whole kernel corn with juice
1 lg. can cream style corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 jar pimiento
1/2 c. onion, diced
3 eggs
Grated cheddar cheese

Saute onion and pepper in melted butter. Beat eggs and mix all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Then cover with grated cheese and bake 15 minutes longer.
