CORN PUDDING 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (8 1/2 oz.)
1 can whole kernel corn & juice (16 oz.)
1 can cream style corn (16 oz.)
1 c. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients until blended. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until lightly browned and set.
