CABBAGE ROLLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
Salt, pepper, garlic, basil, dried onion flakes to taste
2 eggs
Cabbage leaves, soaked in hot water
1 lg. can V-8 juice
Allspice, only to sprinkle on top

Mix beef, rice, spices and eggs. Spoon mixture into cabbage leaves and roll closed. Place in 13"x9" pan or roasting pan. Pour V-8 juice over top. Sprinkle with allspice, lightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
