MEAL - IN - ONE CABBAGE WEDGE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. hot water
2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper

Cut cabbage into 6 or 8 wedges. Place in buttered 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Arrange onions, beef and rice between wedges. Combine tomatoes, water and seasoning. Pour over mixture. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
