CABBAGE WEDGE MEAL IN ONE 
1 sm. cabbage
1 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. rice
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. hot water
2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper

Remove tough outer leaves from cabbage. Cut cabbage into 8 wedges and cut off part of the hard core. Place wedges in a greased casserole. Place onions, ground beef and rice between wedges. Combine tomatoes, water and seasonings, pour over casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
