CROWLEY CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken (cut up, skin on)
2 cups rice crispies
1/4 cup melted butter

1. Wash chicken and pat dry.

2. Melt butter in bowl large enough to accomodate largest piece of chicken. Put Rice Crispies in same sized bowl. Use hands to crush crispies to desired texture.

3. Roll each piece of chicken in butter to coat and then in crispies to coat. Place on large cookie sheet. (Line it with foil first if you like for easy cleanup.)

4. 375°F degrees for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.

Served with baked beans and potato salad makes for a crowd pleasing meal! Kids love this!
