PINEAPPLE POUND CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs

(Drain can of pineapple, save 3 tablespoons juice). Add 3/4 cup liquid (pineapple and water) to cake mix, pudding, oil and eggs. Beat well. Fold in pineapple. Cook at 300 degrees for 1 hour, cool.

GLAZE:

1 cup confectioners' sugar, 3 tablespoons pineapple juice and 1 teaspoon oil. Blend, drizzle over cool cake. (May add some pineapple).
