MINESTRONE SOUP 
1/4 lb. diced bacon
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
6 c. hot water
2 cans condensed beans & bacon soup
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 c. diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced zucchini
1 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. green onions, chopped
1 c. shredded fresh spinach
1 tbsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. broken spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

Saute bacon and drain. Combine bacon and remaining ingredients, except spaghetti in slow cooker and cook on low all day.

Add broken spaghetti last 1/2 hour of cooking time.

To serve, sprinkle each portion with Parmesan cheese. Accompany with tossed salad and sour dough rolls.
