CRAB DIP 
1 lb. crab meat
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 shakes garlic powder
3/4 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients (use only 1/2 cup cheddar cheese), mixing well. Place in casserole or oven proof baking dish and sprinkle with 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese.

Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through. Can be successfully microwaved on half power for approximately 8 minutes, depending on specific microwave.

To make using canned crab; use two 7 1/2 oz. cans of crab, 1 pkg. of cream cheese and about 2/3 cup of sour cream. Adjust other ingredients to taste.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
