CHINESE CABBAGE 
Cabbage
1 lg. onion
2 cloves garlic
1 can corned beef
Lemon juice

Slice onion and chop garlic, put in skillet with a little olive oil and cook until wilted. Add corned beef and brown a little. Quarter cabbage and slice in 1/8" to 1/4" slices, put in a large kettle; add the skillet mixture and 1 glass of water. Cook. When done, add salt and pepper and 5 tablespoons lemon juice. Eat over rice.
