CHICKEN AND CRACKER CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled & deboned
2 sticks melted butter
2 pkg. crushed crackers
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 c. chicken broth

Combine crackers and butter. Put half of this mixture in bottom of casserole. Add layer of chicken. Top with soup and broth mixture and sour cream. Top with remaining crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
