CHERRY ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. milk
4 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
14 oz. maraschino cherries

Beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens. Drain and chop cherries. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Freeze in ice cream freezer. Makes 1 gallon.
