CHICKEN CASHEW 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. finely diced celery
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
Pepper, to taste
2 c. chicken, diced
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/3 c. cashew nuts

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add soup and chicken broth. Season with soy sauce, Tabasco sauce and pepper. Add chicken and simmer a few minutes. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with noodles and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until bubbly.
