CASHEW CHICKEN 
1/4 c. cornstarch
1-1/2 tbsp. sherry
1/8 tsp. MSG
1/4 tsp. salt
Chicken breasts
1 can crushed cashews (peanuts can be substituted)

Mix together first four ingredients. Add two beaten egg whites (frothy) and mix thoroughly. Cut breasts into strips, dip in cornstarch mixture and roll in crushed nuts. Cook in hot oil 4 to 5 minutes. (Add 1/8 cup flour to nuts to prevent stickiness.)
