SKILLET CHICKEN & BROCCOLI 
1 chicken flavor bouillon cube
1 c. hot water
1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb) broiler fryer, cut up
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into spears
1 1/2 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
Salt

Dissolve bouillon in hot water, set aside. Heat electrical skillet to 400 degrees. Brown chicken on each side 1 to 2 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees. Add sliced onion and dissolved bouillon. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add broccoli to skillet; sprinkle chicken and broccoli with seasoning salt. Reduce heat to 200 degrees; cover and cook 15 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 more minutes.
