CHICKEN WINGS 
30 chicken drummettes, wash & pat dry
A:
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 (1") piece of ginger, peeled & minced
1 onion, minced
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground coriander
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3.5 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
B:
2 tbsp. sesame oil
3 tbsp. sesame seeds (parched, or browned in a sm. skillet)

Available in oriental food stores under the name "Irigoma".

Place chicken in bowl. Combine "A" ingredients in blender and puree. Pour over chicken. Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil and stir to coat all pieces. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Remove from marinade. Place under broiler for 6-7 minutes on each side (until golden brown). Before serving crush sesame seed with your finger and sprinkle on the chicken. Serve hot.
