SKILLET CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken parts or breasts
1 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon
2 tsp. chopped garlic

Cook onions in oil over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add chicken and saute in onions 5 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour sauce over chicken, cover and simmer until tender, about 30-40 minutes.
