CHINESE PORK CHOPS 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 1/2 c. water
1 can mushrooms
1 can mushroom soup
Pork chops (enough to lay out in pan)
Sweet & sour sauce
Chinese noodles
Soy sauce

Pour box of rice in roasting pan and spread out. Cover with water. Spread drained mushrooms over. Spread mushroom soup over it. Cover with pork chops. Add salt and pepper. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Near end of baking period, cover with sweet and sour sauce. Serve with Chinese noodles and soy sauce.
